REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

You have 3 days from the time you receive your product to request a return. Returns are only accepted if there is a valid issue with the product. Personal preferences, such as not liking the item, do not qualify for returns. The return process is as follows:

  1. If the issue is caused by us (e.g., printing defects, incorrect sizing):

    • You will receive a full refund, including delivery charges.

  2. If the issue is caused by you (e.g., ordering the wrong size or product):

    • We will offer an exchange, but please note that there will be shiping fee.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original, unused condition.
